The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging. 

Item/s must not been used in any way. Wylera Hair has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at sales@wylerahair.com with supporting videos so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon return and if deemed faulty by Wylera Hair, a replacement or refund can then be provided.  Freight will be paid for by the customer and can be reimbursed only if our device is deemed faulty.  It is the responsibility of the customer, to ensure that our device is received for testing.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Wylera Hair reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault due to manufacture.

 

SHIPPING/ORDER DETAILS

Our fulfillment processes are automated and we do not have control how quickly an order goes through dispatch which makes it challenging for us to make changes in your details or in your order. 

However, we suggest that you let us know anyway and we will do our best to make the necessary changes for you (but there is no guarantee).

Please be advised that we are not liable for orders delivered to a wrong address if incorrect details are entered at checkout.

 

SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Please note: Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

 

WILL I PAY TAXES AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We cannot guarantee shipments without duties and taxes, as this depends on your location and the value of your order.

You may incur extra charges payable once your order reaches customs.

Wylera Hair is not liable for these fees as they are subject to your government’s regulations.
