Refund policy

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.  Wylera Hair reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault due to manufacture.

If you are eligible for a return Wylera Hair we will provide a credit note valid for 1 year upon your items return. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
